Biography
Erik concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, general civil litigation, and corporate and business matters. He counsels clients in both the defense and prosecution of claims in state and federal court and has experience in counseling clients in business transactions and corporate formation.
During law school Erik was a legal intern for Judge Jerome B. Simandle of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and was a research assistant for Professor and Associate Dean Kimberly Ferzan. He was also a certified legal intern for the Children’s Justice Clinic, representing juveniles in various criminal proceedings.

Professional and Community Involvement
Erik is a member of the Rutgers Living History Society, which helps oversee the operations of the Rutgers Oral History Archives, an archive primarily dedicated to preserving the personal histories of New Jersey’s veterans.
