Biography
Jerry concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation and general civil litigation and counsels clients in both the defense and prosecution of claims in state and federal court. He has extensive experience representing financial institutions and companies ranging in size from large, international corporations to privately-held, regional companies in litigation involving contract disputes, business divorces, corporate fraud, business bankruptcies and mortgage foreclosures.
During law school Jerry worked as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Rhode Island. After graduating from law school, Jerry became an associate with a large Pittsburgh-based law firm. In 2010 and 2011, Jerry was named by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star in the area of Business Litigation.
