Biography
Geoffrey’s practice encompasses the resolution of all types of business disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. He has provided legal representation to individual clients and businesses in both state and federal courts and before governmental agencies throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Geoffrey’s work involves representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil matters, including complex commercial litigation, class actions, contractual controversies, business torts, partnership disputes and cases involving claims for equitable relief. Geoffrey also has extensive experience providing appellate representation and has personally argued cases before the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Professional and Community Involvement
Geoffrey was a panelist at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Philadelphia Bar Association’s Business Litigation Committee’s Program When Limited Liability Fails: Piercing the Corporate Veil.
Geoffrey has been evaluating, and conducting interviews of, applicants for admission to Harvard College on behalf of the Schools Committee of the Harvard Club of Princeton since 1995.
Pro Bono
Geoffrey has handled a number of pro bono cases for clients referred by Philadelphia VIP, the organization founded by Community Legal Services and the Philadelphia Bar Association that provides legal services for low-income residents and families facing civil legal problems.
