Biography
Linda concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation and general civil litigation. She has represented clients in general commercial conflicts, banking, controversies arising out of real estate transactions, construction litigation and contractual disputes in a variety of industries.
Linda also has extensive experience in the defense of employment litigation and employment counseling, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, state discrimination laws, FMLA, whistleblower statutes, restrictive covenants, and wage issues, in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.

Professional and Community Involvement
Linda served on the Religious School Committee of Congregation Kol Ami beginning 2005 and was the Committee Co-Chair from 2007 to 2011. She has also been a Parade of Artists Volunteer since 2009, preparing curriculum and conducting presentations for elementary age students to foster an appreciation of fine art, and was an art volunteer from 2006 to 2011 at the Springville Elementary School.
Linda was a CHOICE Board Member from 1999 through 2008 and the CHOICE Board President from 2005 through 2007. She served on the Women’s Way Corporate Campaign Committee from 2000 through 2005, and prior to that she served on the Dinner Committee from 1996 through 2000, serving as Co-Chair in 1999 and 2000. Linda also served on the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Small Business Board of Directors from 2002 through 2004. Bar Admissions
