Biography
Stan is a bottom-line-oriented and results-driven corporate
and healthcare attorney with over 20 years of experience.
Stan has managed the legal affairs of large urban teaching
hospitals and integrated healthcare delivery systems with
a focus on corporate and business law, corporate governance
and regulatory matters, and transactions. Stan also represents
regional imaging centers, large physician practice groups,
pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers and
distributors and health insurance companies.
Stan has achieved superior outcomes for his business clients
in mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, joint ventures and
other transactional projects, employment issues and compliance
matters. He has been instrumental in many healthcare and biotechnology
start-ups in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and China. Stan is
an innovative and effective negotiator with demonstrated success
who uses his excellent negotiation and advocacy skills to
fulfill client objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
