Biography
Stephanie concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate and business law and real estate. She has extensive experience in the areas of real estate financing (representing both financial institutions and borrowers), retail and office leases for landlords and tenants, and real estate acquisition and development for clients ranging from small companies to Fortune 100 companies.
Stephanie also advises clients on business formation and entity selection issues and providing practical legal advice to assist clients in meeting their long-term strategies.

Professional and Community Involvement
Stephanie is an active member of the American Bar Association and the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network of Philadelphia. She has participated in several panel discussions for various ABA retail leasing subcommittees, the Philadelphia Bar Association and the National Constitution Center Audio Conferences. In addition, Stephanie is also a relief manager and volunteer at the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House.
