Biography
Mike has developed a depth of business and legal acumen from more than 20 years of client counseling and advocacy in the area of commercial law and business disputes. He has large firm training and experience and years of high-level boutique practice that includes first chair management and trial of complex business disputes and multi-district litigation. Mike addresses client needs through cost-effective problem-solving that often includes alternative dispute resolution such as judicial and private mediations and commercial arbitration proceedings. He has many years of experience advocating for clients in securities arbitrations in the areas of employment and investor claims.
